Groove By Anna Newell

GROOVE  is a chilled out 70’s inspired happening for audiences of children and young people with complex needs. It is full of blissful harmony singing and soothing immersive video.
Presented offsite for the pupils and staff of a local school in South County Dublin.

Groove was developed in 2020 in creative consultation with the pupils and staff of St Michael’s School, Baldoyle and St Catherine’s School, Greystones Groove will tour schools connected to the Network For Extraordinary Audiences in late spring 2021.

‘Theatre and drama can be so accessible for children with additional needs when done the right way. And this show epitomises how’.
Principal St. Michael’s School

Presented by Anna Newell Theatre Adventures in association with the Network For Extraordinary Audiences. As part of Ready, Steady, SHOW! The Civic’s ongoing programme of work across both LIVE and DIGITAL platforms with a key focus on PLAY & STORYTELLING.
