Here I stand in my bones, muscles and mass, covered in skin, organs working away within. There you are, the same. Hearts beating in the one space, lungs filling and emptying with air, brains firing connections. Pulsing, changing, ageing, second by second.
Weaving folklore, ritual and the context of Covid into a rich and lyrical “coming of ageing” pertinent to our time, this personal recounting of family histories embraces universal themes. Theatrical storytelling, humour and original music transform poignant themes into a celebration of love and the cycle of life.
