A showcase of young people’s imagination and creative potential – not to be missed! South Dublin EPIC is your county as you’ve never seen it before, re-imagined and built from scores of new stories, all set in South Dublin.
Young writers from eight schools and youth organisations across the county participate in South Dublin Epic. Working with Colm Keegan, they use South Dublin County, its history, its geography and their own experience in it, as source material from which whole new worlds can be built.
Join a celebration event for these young artists as they step up to be writers and leaders at the same time, sharing stories that explore wild futures, inspiring and challenging in equal measure, confronting climate disasters, marauding invaders, draconian dictatorships and even zombie apocalypse.
South Dublin EPIC 2021 is a South Dublin Libraries & Arts commission, developed and facilitated by Colm Keegan with artwork by Bob Byrne.
