Anne Tannam was born, bred and buttered in Dublin and has published three poetry collections, the latest Twenty-six Letters of a New Alphabet (Salmon Poetry) in July 2021. Matthew Geden was born and brought up in the English Midlands, moving to Kinsale in 1990. He is the Director of Kinsale Writing School and teaches Creative Writing online as well as at University College Cork. His latest collection, The Cloud Architect, is published by Doire Press.
Darren Donohue is a poet and playwright living in Goresbridge, Co. Kilkenny. His poetry is widely published in journals and newspapers including Poetry Ireland Review, Cyphers, Irish Times, Sunday Independent, Banshee Press, Strokestown Poetry Anthology, The Blue Nib,Best of Vine Leaves Literary Journal, Dedalus Press (Anthology, Local Wonders), The Sea (Anthology, Rebel Poetry), fathers and what must be said (Anthology, Rebel Poetry), Pandemic.ie, Sixteen Magazine, The Universe Inside (Anthology, Poehemian Press), Poeming Pigeons (Anthology, The Poetry Box), Miracle, Poems of Adventure (Anthology, edited by Jessica Clark and Stephanie Hanson), Kildare Nationalist, Kilkenny People, Poetry Ireland (A Bowl of Mysteries). Darren was writer-in-residence at Carlow College, St Patrick’s, 2019, and the Science Gallery, Trinity College, Dublin, 2020. He received the Dennis O’Driscoll Literary Award, 2020. His debut poetry collection titled; Secret Poets is published by Turas Press.
Fióna Bolger is a poet, writer and facilitator who has lived mainly in Ireland and India. Her collection Love in the Original Language has just come out from Salmon Poetry. Her first collection, a compound of words was published by Yoda Press, Delhi in 2019. Her poems have appeared in The Brown Critique, Poetry Ireland Review, Poetry Bus, Chattahoochee Review among others. She often facilitates workshops with Irish Writers Centre, Dublin and Yoda Press, Delhi. She is interested in plurilingualism as a strategy to cross borders and create new spaces for playing and thinking in words. So much of what controls our lives and our movement in the world is written in language she hopes a shift in language can bring change. She received an Agility Award from the Arts Council in 2021.
