DANCE2CONNECT is an international Urban Dance Festival encompassing dance theatre, masterclasses, dance battles and social dance. The 3 day festival is curated by dance artist Matt Szczerek.
The mission of Dance2Connect is to preserve, strengthen and revolutionise urban dance in our communities.
This February they present a three day festival; (Friday 9 – Sunday 11 February), combining elements of Hip-Hop culture & dance theatre.
The festival creates opportunities for the dance community to learn the intricacies of the form through workshops, performances, and exchanges with professional, high quality dancers from France, United Kingdom, Poland & Belgium.
There will also be battles for cash prizes! All that In Civic Theatre in Tallaght,in partnership with Tallaght Community Arts and with support of Noise Dublin and South Dublin County Council.
