Anna Newell is Ireland’s leading baby theatre maker and her work for early years audiences has been seen on six continents.
Most recently I AM BABA appeared at the WeeFestival in Toronto. The Civic has been her main co-producer since she relocated from Belfast to Bray in 2016 and she is delighted to be one of their family of Associate Artists.
As part of her Associate Artist role, from 28 November to 2 December, Anna will be playing around with new ideas for a brand new dance show for babies. Working alongside her will be choreographer Hayley Earlam and dancer Jess Rowell, both of whom were part of the team for Anna’s epic baby dance show SHIMMER in 2021.
As always, there will be open sessions where Anna will invite in her tiny creative consultants to be a key part of the development process.
If you and your baby would like to be part of this, attending a session is free of charge but must be booked as there’s limited availability! Each session will last maximum 40 minutes.
