The king of banter, Cormac Moore is your MC for the night.
Cormac Moore is an Irish comedian, writer and PPI nominated radio presenter on SPIN 1038’s breakfast show Fully Charged.
A rising star of the Irish comedy scene, Moore went from being bankrupt, to hosting one of Dublin’s largest breakfast Radio shows in less than 2 years.
He has supported huge Irish acts such as David O’Doherty and Jarlath Regan, been a finalist in numerous comedy competitions and has been twice nominated at the PPI Radio Awards for best newcomer and for his comedy entertainment radio inserts.
Emma Doran is one of Ireland’s best loved comedians and has performed at some of the country’s biggest venues like 3 Arena, Vicar St and the Olympia Theatre. You’ve also seen her on the telly, honestly ( Bridget and Eamonn, Saturday Night Ray D’arcy Show, other bits and bobs). She’s also gone more than a bit viral in recent months with her stand up and sketches being shared all over the world.
“One of the hottest young stars in Irish comedy.” Irish Independent
Tommy Nicholson aka ‘The Navan man’ has been a fixture in Irish comedy for over 30 years. Tommy has supported comedic giants such as Des Bishop, Jason Byrne and Joanne McNally and graced some of the biggest venues across Ireland, such as The Olympia, The Gaiety and Cork Opera House.
And in between all that, he has continued to be one of the busiest comedians on the Irish Comedy circuit, playing on every stage and headlining every club on the Island. His mix of old school gags and storytelling is always a hit with audiences. Des Bishop once described him as “The King of underground comedy in Ireland”.
Co.Down born Richie has quickly become a staple of the Irish comedy scene as the resident host of Cherry Comedy at Dublin’s iconic Whelan’s venue. Known for his Northern-humour and unique storytelling ability, Richie is a popular presence in comedy venues and festivals all over the country including the Vodafone Comedy Festival and Body & Soul.
He went to Edinburgh for the semi-final of the UK’s biggest and best comedy newcomer competition ‘So You Think You’re Funny?’ and won the first ever ‘Ireland’s got Comedy Talent’ competition in Ireland’s premier comedy venue the Laughter Lounge. He has supported Ardal O’Hanlon (Father Ted), Milton Jones (Live @ The Apollo) and Ari Shaffir (Netflix/Comedy Central)
