CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY by Roald Dahl. ‘A world of pure imagination….’ Combining old and new, this production of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory will stay true to Roald Dahl’s original vision, while introducing some wonderful new music to bring the story right into the 21st century. All our favourites are here, Augustus Gloop, Violet Beauregarde, Mike Teavee and Veruca Salt will assault our senses, while Charlie Bucket, our hero, reminds us that sometimes what we imagine really can come true. With a cast of young performers ranging from 3 – 15 years, as well as a special guest appearance from ‘Willy Wonka’, DADA are thrilled to once again be back in The Civic Theatre.
