Dance: On Screen
A series of workshops to engage local people with dance through cinema. Dance: On Screen was developed initially at Axis and a similar workshop model will take place at The Civic Theatre. These workshops are targeted to women, for up to 20 participants.
Participants have the opportunity to watch films, curated by Honey & Lemon, followed by a dance workshop which explores the themes and choreography of the film as well as giving an insight into Honey & Lemon’s creative practice.
Each half-day workshop includes a tea/coffee break and open discussion time.
These workshops are targeted to women in retirement, please get in touch if you fall outside this community and are interested in participating.
