We want you to come play with us for an evening! Are you curious about AR and VR? Have you been hearing lots of chat about the Metaverse (the Meta-wha?!) and wondering what all the fuss is about? Do you want to explore how new technologies can help us to tell stories for young audiences in new ways? Then this is the workshop for you! Ready, Steady SHOW! And The Dublin Fringe Festival invites you to attend The Hackathon on April 11th at 6:30pm.
This taster session is designed to introduce you to the tech, get you experiencing immersive content in a headset, get playful with AR and share some thoughts and ideas about how this tech might be used to engage with audiences across LIVE and/ or DIGITAL platforms.
No experience necessary! You don’t need to be a gamer or a coder or into computers or tech to attend this workshop. You’ve just got to be curious about what these immersive technologies are capable of and up for having a go with them!
