With a cast of 4 Actors/Facilitators a unique piece of Forum Theatre is performed to a group of TY Students to explore and workshop the challenges that young people face. The audience/participants can stop the story and ask the actors to have  the characters approach the challenges they face in different ways. It is hoped that participants who actively engage in the workshops will be equipped with the toolkit to cope with situations and develop better interpersonal skills.

As part of Real Learning’s ‘Life Play’ programme, The Challenges of Being My Best Self is a Theatre in Education workshop that has been written and designed with the input from Young People, Teachers, Guidance Counsellors, Drama Therapist, Clinicians and Youth & Engagement Community Workers.

We are delighted to be offering 40 places for TY students to actively participate and enjoy learning about this style of theatre in this to 2.5hrs workshops with 4 sessions available on 9th or 10th February 2026.
