The twenty children of section B are all different in attitude, history and origin, yet together they form a cohesive group.
“Il Cerchio” is a documentary that tells of their growth from first to fifth grade: in their classroom, thanks to the practice of “circle time” (il cerchio in Italian). A moment in which, sitting in a circle on the floor, children, teacher and director with the camera speaks and exchanges ideas regularly throughout the five years of primary school, a privileged listening space is born in which children place their universe, share thoughts, emotions and discuss their own vision of the world around them.
