Enchantress: Sarah Harvey

At Sallynoggin college of further education , Sarah completed her fulltime training in dance. After that, she continued her education at the London College of Music and earned a diploma in Musical Theatre Performance.
During this time she was extended an invitation to train at the North London Dance Studios on a full scholarship whilst attending Westside Stage School. In addition to that she took vocal lessons via the ABRSM under the tuition of Karen Blanzy.
Professional credits include, ‘Whiskey In The Jar the Musical’ (Irish Premiere), ‘The Promise’ (Irish Premiere, Helix Theatre), Lead vocalist in Wilde nights on the board The Oscar Wilde for Irish Ferries. In 2015 Sarah performed as leading vocalist for one of the most prestigious cruise lines on The Seabourn Quest completing a world cruise visiting over 20 countries.
Sarah was cast as a featured dancer in the box office smash hit movie ‘Mrs Browns Boys D’ Movie’. She was lead vocalist and dancer in Rob Murphys ‘Let Loose’ which played Vicar Street Dublin. In 2022 Sarah played Fairy Lolly in the civic panto ‘Sleeping Beauty’. In 2023 she returned to The Civic as the evil stepmother Malaria in ‘Cinderella’. She played the evil Baroness Trump last year in the Civic theatres sell out production of ‘Tickles and the Beanstalk’.
Sarah also performed in her first sell out solo show as part of Musical Mondays here in the Civic last year . In addition to that Sarah has been working as a teacher of performing arts to children and adults in a variety of stage and theatre schools across Ireland since 2005.
Sarah is delighted to return to the cast of #TheCivicPanto this year, this time as The Enchantress.
