BOOK HERE
Space Deli is a sci-fi romantic comedy that follows the highs and lows of the staff of a struggling deli counter…in space. It tells the story of a three-strong deli team struggling with their dead-end jobs, bad customers, love triangles, and a workplace on the brink of financial ruin. Can our space heroes save Space Deli from downfall?
Blasting off straight from a sold-out premiere as part of 2024’s Scene + Heard festival, we return to the stage with Space Deli: the Concert, a high-energy showcase of the show’s biggest musical moments. With a live 4-piece band, three vocalists, and a narrated storyline to guide you through the madness, this is your chance to experience the best of Space Deli exclusively for Culture Night. Expect rock-and-roll bangers, sharp comedy, cyborgs, aliens, and a lot of intergalactic deli drama.
If you’re looking for an evening that’s funny, heartfelt, and just a little bit weird, this concert is for you. Fans of musical theatre with a taste for the unconventional, lovers of sci-fi who don’t mind a little romance with their cyborgs, and anyone who’s ever had a terrible boss or a dead-end job.
