Marking World Children’s Day 2025, we would like to acknowledge all of the work created by wonderful artists for children and young people so far in 2025.

The Civic is delighted to be celebrating World Children’s Day. We continue to focus on being child-centred, encouraging student-led interactions and participants/audience responses to our many scheduled events, workshops, presentations, live performances, shows and tours. Our hope is to plant the seed of artistic engagement and expression—one that will continue to grow, flourish, and support the future lives of the children and communities we serve.

Here’s a glimpse at just some of the projects for children and young people we created, developed or staged in The Civic or across South Dublin so far this year.
