Stair by High Rock Productions

Stair, is the hilarious, new interactive show from High Rock Productions. A dusty box of ancient artifacts transports us back in time to meet a host of colourful characters from hunter-gatherers, scholars and monks, Vikings and Normans, to revolutionaries and romantics. Performed in accessible Irish, this physical theatre show tells the story of Ireland through the various tribes who’ve settled here. It explores the origin of the different people who’ve come to call this island home in the past, and encourages us in a fun, innovative way to appreciate and respect diverse culture and tradition in the present.

Is é ‘Stair’ an seó nua fíorghreannmhar agus idirghníomhach ó High Rock Productions. Bosca sean-chaite líonta le déantáin ársa a scuabann siar sa stair muid, áit a mbuailfimid leis an iliomad carachtair spéisiúla. Fiagaithe cnuasaitheoirí, lucht léinn, agus manaigh, Lochlannaigh agus Normanaigh, réabhlóidithe agus rómánsaithe!

Curtha i láthair le Gaeilge shimplí, insíonn an seó fisiciúil seo Scéal na hÉireann, leis na treibheanna éagsúla a lonnaigh anseo. Cíorfaimid bunús na ndaoine difriúla a tháinig chuig an oileán seo le baile a dhéanamh dóibh féin san am atá thart. Agus meallfar muid ar bhealach spleodrach, le meas a bheith againn ar chultúir éagsúla agus traidisiúin, agus a bheith buíoch astu.
