Renowned cellist Julian Lloyd Webber is coming to The Civic, Tallaght for the first time as part of his Irish tour of ‘Travels with My Cello’.
Widely regarded as the doyen of British cellists, Julian has collaborated with such classical music greats as Yehudi Menuhin, Lorin Maazel, Esa-Pekka Salonen, Georg Solti and even Elton John .
The Royal College of Music fellow and winner of the 2005 Classic FM Red Award will perform with the distinguished orchestra on Friday, 1st February will perform favourite classics including Bach, Fauré and Debussy as well as music by his father William and brother Andrew.
Julian will also reminisce on his many collaborations with musicians as well as invite the audience to ask him questions in the second half of the evening.
