For nearly 50 years, Sunday morning on RTÉ Radio 1 has meant Sunday Miscellany. Reportage, appreciations, memory pieces, poetry, travel writing and personal accounts of events and happenings are the stuff of Sunday Miscellany. Each week, the programme presents a selection of new writing from both established writers and new voices, woven together with complementary music. Sunday Miscellany is delighted to return to the Red Line Book Festival in 2018 with an event that will feature local and well-known writers, as well as the best in live music. The programme captures our times, our passions and curiosities.
