A concert of original music from the participants of the SubSounds Intro and SubSounds Schools programmes, with guest appearances from participants from other projects around South Dublin County, including NOISE Music, The Hangout Sessions and CrossCare. The gig will also serve as the launch event for two SubSounds releases – SubSoundsIntro 2022, and SubSoundsSchools 2022 – two EPs of original songs written arranged and recorded by the local young musicians aged 14-18 years who make up the collective. The participants will be joined by the programmes mentors, a team of Irish Music Industry professionals who the collective’s members in their work each year. SubSounds is a partnership between Alternative Entertainments, Music Generation South Dublin and CONTACT Studio.
