The World Premiere of this exciting new modern day rom-com was filmed in The Civic in September, 2018. Set against the backdrop of criminality, CAB Tax Inspector Rob Whelan goes undercover to infiltrate the nightclub complex of crime boss Dougie Burke to get the evidence he needs to put him away.
Rob’s mission takes a setback however, when he falls for Mr B’s book-keeper; the aspiring singer Susan Treacy. Can he save the romance and yet find a way to convict Mr B without prosecuting Susan as well?
SCAM! is full of intrigue and humour propelled by song and dance and performed by a full ensemble with live orchestra.
